Executive Team Alignment
Getting the leadership team owning the same priorities, trade-offs and definition of success.
I work with CEOs and executive teams at the moments that matter: transformation, growth and strategic transition, creating the alignment, clarity and behavioural conditions to move from strategic intent to real execution.

Organisations rarely struggle because their executives lack intelligence, ambition or experience. They struggle when leadership, strategy, culture and execution stop reinforcing one another.
I have worked with organisations across banking, financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, automotive, telecom, government, technology and real estate, throughout the GCC and the wider region.
If your organisation is working through leadership alignment, culture transformation, strategy execution or significant change, I welcome the conversation.
