With over 25 years of experience across multinational organizations such as ITT Sheraton, TNT Express, and Ford Motor Company, Hayssam built a strong foundation in leadership, sales, customer experience, and organizational development. From managing large teams across multiple regions to launching operations in new markets, his corporate journey gave him a real-world understanding of what drives performance—and what holds people back.
Today, Hayssam is an executive coach, leadership development expert, psychologist, and author of multiple books including ACE Your Service. His work spans continents, delivering workshops, coaching leaders, and inspiring audiences with practical insights rooted in experience, research, and human behavior. His philosophy is simple yet powerful: leadership is about creating leaders, not followers.
