A strategy may be clear
while ownership remains fragmented.
Leadership is not simply about having the right strategy. It is about creating the leadership alignment, organisational conditions and behaviours that allow strategy to become reality.
Hayssam Al Amine brings an executive perspective shaped by more than 25 years of work across leadership, organisational development, executive coaching, culture, transformation and performance.
Organisations rarely struggle because their senior leaders lack intelligence, ambition or experience. More often, challenges emerge when leadership behaviour, organisational culture, strategic priorities and execution stop reinforcing one another.
A strategy may be clear
while ownership remains fragmented.
An executive committee may hold highly capable individuals
without functioning as one leadership team.
A transformation programme may have a strong business case
while the behaviours required to sustain it remain unchanged.
My work focuses on these spaces between intention and execution.
I work with CEOs, executive committees and senior leadership teams during moments that matter, transformation, growth, organisational change, strategic transition and periods of heightened leadership complexity.
A central principle in my work is simple.
Organisations often try to accelerate strategy, transformation and performance before their leadership teams are genuinely aligned.
The result can be movement without sufficient direction, faster activity, competing priorities and inconsistent signals across the organisation.
Alignment does not mean agreement on everything. It means clarity about what matters, what has been decided, what leaders collectively own and which behaviours are required to execute effectively.
When strategic alignment, leadership alignment and behavioural alignment reinforce one another, organisations are better positioned to translate strategic intent into organisational execution.
What I watch closely inside the executive room.
My perspective is informed by working with leaders across banking and financial services, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, automotive, telecom, technology, government, real estate and other major sectors across the GCC and wider region.
The objective is not to add another leadership initiative.
It is to help leaders understand what is happening beneath the surface, have the conversations that matter, create greater alignment and turn what the organisation says it wants into what people actually experience.
